In our perspective you are a teacher every day. When doing your shopping at the grocery, collaborating with your colleague and clients and when you are playing with your child. People never do what we say, they always do what we do, so every day you are teaching others to be present like you, to listen like you do and to create a meaningful life like you do.
If you are working with the Enneagram both for your own personal growth and development and in a role as an Enneagram-teacher or an Enneagram-coach, some part of you know how important it is to stay true to the original teaching of the Enneagram. It is that part of you I am inviting to participate in this ongoing training with Russ Hudson during his monthly online LIVE workshops hosted by THINK ABOUT IT.
We call the format of the workshops “Conversation with my teacher” as a metaphor for both the conversation I will be having with my teacher Russ Hudson on behalf of other teachers and the conversation with a teacher, who has been studying him self the lineage of the Enneagram and today being the teacher of many teachers.
Over the last three decades, Russ Hudson has established himself as one of the top teachers and developers of the Enneagram personality typology in the world today. He has been writing and teaching full-time with The Enneagram Institute as well as on his own since 1991 and has co-authored with Don Richard Riso five best-selling books on the subject, including The Wisdom of the Enneagram and Personality Types.
These books are widely considered to be not only groundbreaking contributions in the field of Enneagram studies, but also important contributions to the literature of psychological type and have been translated into French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese, Russian, Korean, Thai, Chinese, Dutch, Polish, Hungarian, Portuguese, Greek, and Czech editions, with more on the way. They are the best-selling Enneagram books in their respective countries.
For over 20 years, Flemming has integrated different disciplines like psychology, leadership, teamwork, and communication with life purpose, personal growth, life-quality, and the meaningful life. He has authored 15 books, with eight oriented to integrating the Enneagram into practical use. He has been a popular speaker at IEA Conferences since 2004, presenting on leadership, teamwork, presence and mindfulness, and, more recently, the integration of integral theory with the Enneagram. Flemming is also co-founder of IEA Denmark and an active member of the board for many years.
Since 1996, one of his biggest contributions to the Enneagram community is the extensive use of the Enneagram in leadership-training and team-development in business and public sector organizations.
Flemming is a fully-certified teacher through The Enneagram Institute and is a certified Integral Development Coach through New Ventures West, a leading coach training school. Flemming has also studied at the University of Notre Dame’s “Executive Integral Leadership” program and the Strozzi Institute’s “School of Embodied Leadership.”

Russ Hudson and Flemming Christensen will guide you’re the inner structure of the Enneagram, working with the Enneagram as a whole and explore what the Enneagram is really pointing at in regards to personal growth and transformation.
In the workshop Russ Hudson and Flemming Christensen will share practices of presence using the Enneagram, support you both when you are teaching in a role of a teacher and in your role as a fellow human being.
When joining Russ Hudson and Flemming Christensen in this workshop you will get a sense of the catalogues of human qualities, which can be discovered and matured in all human beings using the Enneagram.
Your will be guided by Russ Hudson and Flemming Christensen to understand why we encounter this natural plateau, how it can be helpful to stand on the plateau and re-orientate your effort and how to continue with a new mindset and new practices.
This is the workshop where Russ Hudson and Flemming Christensen will talk about the limitations and pitfalls of using the Enneagram and how to avoid making the Enneagram a tool for stereotyping yourself and others.
In this workshop Russ Hudson and Flemming Christensen will guide you to a deeper understanding of the path of finding your type both to support yourself on the journey and for you to support others in using the “Path of Finding your Type” to build a stronger awareness and a deeper level of self-observation and self-exploration.
